X²
X was the prototype "4-D" coaster, but it was riddled with maintenance issues for quite some time.  It opened about nine months behind schedule, then it was closed for several months during its first season in order to modify its trains.  For several years, it was scheduled to be closed every Wednesday.  New trains were added to the ride in 2008 which helped its reliability.  However, the coaster didn't operate at all when I visited the park in 2016, so it still is far from perfect.

Shortly after X opened in 2002, Arrow Dynamics filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection.  The company was later acquired by S & S Power, Inc.
