Riddler's Revenge
It is very difficult to see, but there is a small saddle installed for each rider.  It is shaped like a bicycle seat.  A short length of orange seatbelt bridges the gap between the seat and shoulder harness.  Also, look at how high up the empty seats are compared to the occupied seats, especially in the back row.
