Tornado
The Näsinneula tower is 168 meters (551 feet) tall.  It has a rotating restaurant which takes about 45 minutes to complete one revolution.  It used to have an open-air obervation level, but that was closed a long time ago out of concen that people would attempt to throw objects off the tower.
