Enchanted Forest is built on the side of a hill, and Roger Tofte tried to preserve as many trees as possible when he was building the park. The result is that the entire park is dense with vegetation. Because of the sloping terrain, nearly every walkway in Enchanted Forest involves a climb up or down the hillside.
