Dragon Mountain

Inside of this volcano, trains complete nearly two 360-degree turns before dropping down into a tunnel.  The tunnel's exit is visible on the lower right.

The ride has gone through some changes since it opened three decades ago.  Until 2006, only a steel framework surrounded the two turns inside the fake volcano.  The brown facade was added in 2006.  And when the ride opened, there was a steel-frame structure beside and above the track between the two tunnels.  I believe that the waterfalls were going to be placed in this structure, but it never happened.  The structure was ultimately removed without ever being completed.
