Paul and Alethea Roads acquired some unused portions of the Thompson Memorial Park from Amarillo's Parks and Recreation department. They had to level the land and transplant some trees in order to create this amusement park. This picture shows a handful of the 29 rides currently located at the park.
The red and white Mouse Trap coaster is on the left. Tornado's blue track and part of the red loop are seen on the right of the picture. The Hornet coaster is on the north side of the park and is hidden by the trees and the purple waterslide tubes in the center of this image.
