B&M started with just four employees: Bolliger, Mabillard, and two draftsmen.  After the company was hired by Six Flags to build B&M's first coaster, Iron Wolf, two more draftsmen were hired.  The company's six employees were able to design this new coaster, but they needed someone to actually manufacture the new ride.  Walter Bolliger was impressed by the work that Clermont Steel Fabricators, LLC had done on Vortex at Kings Island and Shockwave at Six Flags Great America, so Clermont was contracted to make the track and supports for Iron Wolf.
