In front of the well-themed station sits a five-foot tall refrigerated pole. It is so cold that atmospheric moisture has condensed and frozen into a tall pillar of ice. It is a neat effect, and nearly every kid walking by it rubs their hands on it to experience its coldness. Many kids, including this one in the white shirt and yellow shorts, end up licking the pole. I hope the ice kills the germs quickly...
