Smiler is an Infinity Coaster model built by Gerstlauer Amusement Rides GmbH. It operates with four cars in each train. With its four-abreast seating, 16 riders can fit in each train. Every seat is equipped with an over-the-shoulder restraint. At a cost of £18 million, it was the costliest roller coaster in the United Kingdom when it opened in 2013.
