The ride passes down into the rock-hewn canyon a few times.

In the middle of this picture is the element that happens right after the first drop.  I know some people have argued that it is not a loop but just a turn with a high degree of banking.  To me, it looks like the trains are turned upside-down, so I agree with Dorney's calling this an Inclined Dive Loop which gives the ride a grand total of seven inversions.
