Shockwave

A rider on Shockwave was killed a few years ago when he purposely got out of the restraints.  About a year later, another rider was injured when he got out of his restraints on a dare from his friends.  Shockwave's safety systems can protect riders from accidents, but it can't protect them from stupidity.
