Superman: Escape From Krypton
The tower may be over 400 feet tall, but the trains don't go nearly that high.  From the bottom of the launch track to the top of the tower is only 328 feet.  And to make it worse, trains currently launch at speeds that don't allow them to get anywhere near the top of the structure.  I would say that a typical freefall is about 200 to 250 feet.  However, that drop is enough to make it a really fun ride.
