Coaster Thrill Ride

A typical wood coaster usually has 5% or more of its wood replaced every year, so seeing new lumber on a ride is very common.  The major reconstruction work being done in 2009 on Coaster Thrill Ride might be more significant than average, but it seems to be well worth the time and cost.  When completed, it should provide for a much better and more consistent ride and reduce the amount of required maintenance in the future.

The track on this turn, as well as a lot of the structure over the loading platform, has been totally redone in the past 10 years.

The Roller Coaster is getting a new look!
