Deadwood is located in the Bear Grass area of Martin County near Williamston, North
Carolina.
In 1989, Ira Price and his son Derrick built a few miniature golf holes in their back yard. After the putt-putt became
popular with their friends, they decided to open their attraction to the public. Since then, the park has expanded with many of the
current buildings being built by the Prices.
The six-acre park has a Western theme and includes a train, miniature golf, a play ground, the Smokehouse Grill and a dinner theater.
