Roller coasters are generally reliable and safe, yet I was involved in a minor accident on this ride. In 2011, I was getting ready to take a ride and was sitting in this very spot on the loading platform. The car I was sitting in was loaded and ready to move out from the station when I heard a loud screech. Suddenly, the car I was sitting in was violently thrown forward... we had been hit from behind by another car!
Luckily for everyone in the cars, the violence of the crash was somewhat lessened by the dark orange cylindrical attenuator seen mounted on the back of this train.
