Raptor's layout is very wide when viewed from this angle. It is almost an "out-and-back" type of ride thanks to occupying a narrow strip of land next to the Cedar Point Midway. Despite this elongated design, Bolliger & Mabillard (B&M) built an identical copy of the coaster two years later. Orochi operated at Expoland in Suita, Osaka, Japan until the park ceased operations in 2007. The inverted coaster sat dormant for a couple of years before being moved to Walygator Parc in Maizieres-les-Metz, Lorraine, France. It has been operating there as Monster since 2010.
