Cobra's Curse

The story behind Cobra's Curse is that the park hired the Viper International Survey And Excavation (VISE) group to use its archaeologists to dig up the remains of a tomb.  The waiting queue initially takes guests past the "Dig Team Living Quarters."  Throughout the area, there are lots of details like those seen here.  The area is filled with hieroglyphics, paintings, handwritten notes, educational signs, and digging equipment.  The main theme throughout the waiting areas is snakes.  Careful reading of the surrounding signs tells the story of how the ancient Snake King Venymyss placed a curse on anyone who would rebuild his snake statue.  The winding path gets colder and darker as guests progress through the pre-show building.
