Mt. Olympus Theme Park
Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin

Big Chief's Carts and Coasters was originally created by Jim Laskaris who ran the park until his death in 2003.  Mt. Olympus was formed in 2004 as part of a deal that merged Big Chief's, Treasure Island Waterpark Resort, and Family Land Waterpark into a 150-acre Greek-themed park.   It presently has three dozen waterslides, two floating rivers, a wave pool, and nine amazing go-cart tracks that go underground, underwater, and even through buildings!

For 2006, the park continued its expansion with the new Parthenon indoor amusement area.  It is the home for Opa, a spinning coaster from Zamperla.

One coaster has left the park:  Dive to Atlantis closed after the 2007 season.  (Click on the pictures below for details.)
