Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
The trains don't go very fast on this ride.  In fact, the coaster itself is fairly tame.  However, the details surrounding the coaster, such as the T. Rex skeleton the train is about to pass, make it a fun ride.  Just look at the fake rocks, the bones, and the water.  The ride is enhanced by waterfalls, sound effects, steam, caves, and tunnels.  The ride used to have a simulated earthquake, but now ends with a simulated dynamite explosion.  Some of the buildings and animals from the Mine Train Through Nature's Wonderland ride were reused and are still in this area.
