Space Mountain
When I rode Space Mountain in 2016, a technical glitch caused the ride to stop.  My train was near the end of the ride, so much of the coaster's track was above me.  The audio track advised everyone to remain seated a few times as we sat in darkness, but after a few minutes, the special effects were turned off and the flood lights were turned on.

The perspective is altered by this panorama, but these two trains are stopped on the block brake sections of track.  These straight runs of track have brakes that can halt a train, yet they are located high enough in the course that the train can complete the ride once the brakes are released.   The block brakes where I sat were pretty close to ground level, but I was literally just a few dozen feet away from the end of the ride and the entrance of the station.
