Jet Coaster

The pads on the outside of Jet Coaster's aren't just used for stopping the train.  They can also help move the train forward.  Right before the train encounters this chain lift, and right before it enters the station, there are sets of powered tires that grab onto the car's skid pads in order to move the train forward.
