The supports on the last two loops look even more unusual when seen from above.  This configuration allows the supports to be positioned in straight lines despite the track curving through the loops.  I assume this odd design is a result of the coaster's original location.  At its first park, these loops were located over water.  The bases of the supports were placed on concrete footings located in the water.
