Surf Coaster Leviathan

If you look carefully, you can see how high the top of the restraints are even when locked in place.  On a shorter person, the top of the restraint is located just below their chin!  I'm glad that the blue padding is there because it would be easy for a short person to hit their chin or nose on the restraint.
