El Toro

I have been on nearly 1,000 different roller coasters, and El Toro is one of the best ones I have ever experienced.  It is extremely smooth, has insanely intense air-time, produces some tremendous head-choppers, and is just a lot of fun.  I rode El Toro seven times in a row one day, and I would have ridden it more if it hadn't been for the crowds of people arriving to ride the coaster.
