Tempesto

The single train, which has three cars, has room for only 18 riders. The small train, and the fact that there is no way to operate with a second train, makes for a pretty low hourly rider capacity.

It could have been worse. As of early 2018, there are 6 other identical "Sky Rocket II" rides in addition to this one, and each of those operates with only two cars on its track. With 12-passenger trains, those other coasters have an even lower capacity than Tempesto.
