Dragon Challenge

The supports on Dragon Challenge were filled with gravel and sand in order to minimize noise.  It was one of the quietest roller coasters I had experienced and lacked the distinctive roar that most other B & M inverted coasters are known for.  Reducing the coaster's noise is not only helpful to people inside the park, it is also needed because this part of the park sits very close to a high school.  Just across the street from the park's border, nearly 3,000 students attend the Dr. Phillips High School.
