Shockwave

A young rider on Shockwave was killed in 1999 when he purposely got out of the restraints.  Shortly after that occurred, another rider was injured when he got out of his restraints on a dare from his friends.  In both cases, the restraint systems worked as designed, but riders willfully got out of the restraints.
