Pteranodon Flyers

For 20 years, this small coaster and the Jurassic Park River Adventure boat ride were the only rides in the Jurassic Park section of Universal's Islands of Adventure.  That will change when the VelociCoaster opens in 2021.  That new coaster is 155 feet tall and features many large man-made rock formations, so it will dramatically change the look of this area of the park.  At the end of 2020, the coaster track is mostly complete, but the rocks and dinosaurs that surround the new ride have yet to be built.
