Corkscrew

It is amazing to think that this park's first roller coaster opened in 1892.  It was called the Switchback Railway coaster and operated for nearly 15 years.  It was only about 25 feet tall and required ride operators to manually pull the car to the top of the ride before releasing it and letting gravity pull it earthward.

How much does a roller coaster cost? This one was over $7 million!
