Diving Coaster Vanish!
This Ferris Wheel is the famous Cosmo Clock 21.  When it was built in 1989, it was the world's tallest Ferris Wheel due to its height of 107.5 metres (353 feet).  It originally was on the north side of the Ōoka River, but it was relocated to this position on the opposite side of the river in 1999.  It reopened with a slightly taller base, so it is now 112.5 meters (369 feet) tall.  Cosmo Clock 21 is presently the fourth tallest Ferris Wheel in Japan.  The park says that the clock mounted on the wheel is the largest clock in the world.
