Notice how the riders in the top of this picture have their feet pointed up while riders on the bottom are nearly parallel with the ground.  This is an example of the trains' capability to rotate riders.  As opposed to the free-spinning seats on Green Lantern: First Flight, the seats on are controlled by a rack and pinion gear mechanism.  The system ensures that the seats will be in the same orientation every time the train traverses a particular section of the track.
