    Universal Studios is primarily known for its "movie rides" like Jaws, Shrek 4-D, Twister, Terminator 2: 3-D Battle Across Time and The Simpsons Ride.  The park opened in June 1990.  The park is also a working production studio with several soundstages used to film movies, television series, and other events.  Universal Orlando Resort includes this park, Universal's Islands of Adventure, and CityWalk.
