This is the only roller coaster with an inversion like this. The "Bowtie" consists of a half roll, a half loop, another half loop, and a half roll. Trains enter and exit the element going in the same direction.
This maneuver is very similar to the "Batwing" inversion, but in "Batwing" loops, the two elements are mirror images of each other. The train enters and exits the loops headed in opposite directions. The "Batwing" was used by Arrow Dynamics on six roller coasters: Great American Scream Machine, Orient Express, Shockwave, Viper, Viper, and Vortex.
