Comet

Hershey Park opened in 1907.  Comet dates back to 1946, and it still packs a mean punch!

The ride has changed over the years.  It received two new trains in 1994, it was re-tracked in 2006 and 2007, and seat belts were added in 2008.  Until the 1990s, there were separate loading and unloading platforms so it could use three trains.  But with the current single platform configuration, only two trains can run at one time.
