Steel Vengeance

There are two trains passing each other in this picture.  When the ride was Mean Streak, it operated with three 28-passenger trains built by PTC.   One was painted gold, one was green, and one was red.  After the ride is converted into a steel coaster, three new 24-passenger trains will be on the ride.  They will not have head rests like the original cars had above each seat.

One of the neat features of Mean Streak was that the track crossed under the structure nine times during the ride.  Steel Vengeance will keep much of the same layout.  At the end of the circuit, the track will almost be completely hidden by the supports holding up the taller hills at the start of the ride.  Darting through the countless wood beams will be a real thrill!
