Magic Springs Theme and Water Park

Hot Springs, Arkansas

The Magic Springs Family Fun Park opened in the summer of 1978 under the management of Leisure and Recreation Concepts. The park had financial problems and ended up closing in 1995. After changing ownership a couple of times, the park reopened in 2000. Over the years, the park has been owned or operated by Fitraco, Themeparks LLC, CNL Income Properties, PARC Management, and Amusement Managers Partners. These days, the park is owned by EPR Properties and operated by Premier Parks, LLC. The park changed its name to Magic Springs Theme and Water Park in 2016. The amusement park is home to the 5,000-seat Timberwood Amphitheater concert venue.
